Orders placed on luminellaria.com require a processing time of typically 3–7 business days before shipment. This includes production time for our shoes, which are made to order. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be extended by 2–3 additional business days.

Shipping Coverage & Fees

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment facilities in Hong Kong or Mainland China, depending on destination and logistics availability.

Please note: While shipping is free, some destinations may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery. For most destinations, standard import duties are included in the product price (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to become active, as courier systems may require time to register movement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most international shipments, standard import duties and taxes are included in the product price (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid).

However, the following countries and regions are shipped on a non-DDP basis, and additional duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery: Albania, Armenia, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Egypt, Georgia, Guam, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Morocco, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

For orders delivered within the United States, applicable local sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout.

Missed, Delayed, or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local facility, depending on regional procedures. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates closely to avoid return-to-sender situations.

Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, weather, or other factors beyond our control do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Damaged or Lost Packages
