1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Unmodified and suitable for resale
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or heavy use may not be approved for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the received item(s)
  • The reason for your return request

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-Mind Returns

If you are returning an item due to personal reasons, including but not limited to size preference or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are free to choose any trackable shipping service available in your country.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

When the return request is approved, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed according to our instructions.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred during the return process, unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is caused by our mistake.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

All exchange requests are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Confirmation and approval by our team

For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, Luminellaria will cover return shipping.

5. Customized Orders

Customized products arenot eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is materially different from what was ordered.

Please contact customer service for confirmation and instructions before returning any customized item.

6. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days
  • The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider
7. Important Notes
  • Items returned in unacceptable condition may be declined
  • Do not ship returns before receiving approval
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Please share your tracking number with us once the return is shipped
